Bengel Wildlife Center “Learn to Fish” Kids Event, August 1, 9 am - noon
We have 20 slots available for kids ages 5-17 to teach them how to fish. Each child will receive instruction, a fully loaded tacklebox, and brand-new rod-reel combo. Click here for more information and registration.

HOLD THE DATE — International Fly Fishing Film Festival (IF4), October 4
The Perrin Lansing Chapter will host a screening of the 2026 International Fly Fishing Film Festival (IF4) at the Wildlife Pub at the Bengel Wildlife Center in Bath on October 4 with displays from conservation organizations, supporters, and vendors. The Perrin Lansing Chapter Trout Unlimited (Trout Unlimited Chapter 018) was renamed the Frank Bob Perrin Chapter “Bob” Perrin Chapter in November 2003. Frank “Bob” Perrin was a true Michigan outdoorsman who, through his tireless work with Trout Unlimited, Ruffed Grouse Society, Pheasants Forever, and Ducks Unlimited, was an advocate for the hunters and fishermen of Michigan. The renaming of the chapter honors his commitment to cold-water fisheries, his over 40 years of dedicated leadership to the Lansing Chapter of Trout Unlimited, and his passion for the development and preservation of trout habitat. In 2026, the chapter name was shortened to Perrin Lansing Chapter Trout Unlimited.
